Review on eHive by Narendra Thapa

The ease of use! I have been able to create, upload photos/videos from my phone (I'm not tech savvy) as well as search for old items in our archives with very little effort or training required by me at all since it's so intuitive. There are some minor bugs here & there but they're easy enough fixes if needed - no need to worry about sending an email back-and forth just because you made one small mistake when uploading something. I highly recommend this service!! It has saved us SO much time having someone else do what we used to be doing ourselves! We were also using Box which was great too until their pricing model changed last year making them less affordable than E hive so now we only keep files stored online rather then within boxes themselves due to cost concerns. I like how easy it was to get started with, but you do have some extra steps when uploading new items as they are not very intuitive (at least in my opinion). Also there seems no way of changing which date format shows up for dates entered from other systems such us excel/csv files or just straight off websites etc., so maybe make this an option? We needed something simple & quick once we realized what our options were at work!
