I've had this camera for about 5 weeks and have been very impressed with its ability to capture everything from wide angle indoors to close ups of people and even nature with a 520mm lens. (equivalent) Tele. I even bought a 1.7x tele extender and found it produced very good sharp images at around 800mm equivalent! The camera is easy to use; fast focusing (a bit slow on faint objects); and the menu is very convenient. The only downsides are: raw files take a long time to load; The XD card is not an ideal storage medium and is only 2 GB in size; and may not perform as quickly as desired with a higher resolution JPEG. My final opinion: this is as close to a pro or semi-pro DSLR as you can find on the market today!
