I bought this shoe for a CrossFit workout that also includes frequent short runs. First use tonight and they worked well, better than I expected right out of the box. Handy for squats, dumbbells, kettlebells, lunges, and surprisingly good for 400m reps on the outdoor sidewalk. I have high arches and need good support and they fit me perfectly. Also, I wear size 8.5 dress shoes and usually size 9 in sneakers, and size 9 in UA TR96 seems to fit me. You'll have to try longer distances next, but so far it's good for athletic shoes that are also good for running.
