After making a recent purchase from FOUCLAUS, which included several pieces of electronic equipment and keyboard accessories, I was left feeling incredibly let down by the transaction. The website was difficult to navigate, and it took a lot of time before I was able to locate the items I was searching for. After I had eventually made up my mind to buy something, it took an unreasonable amount of time for the items to arrive, and when they did, the packaging was subpar, and several of the items were broken when they arrived. To make matters even more difficult, when I attempted to contact customer support in order to find a solution to the problem, I was met with representatives who were unhelpful and unresponsive. As a result of the fact that I was forced to handle the damaged goods on my own, I was left feeling annoyed and disappointed with the experience as a whole. Anyone searching for dependable electronics or instrument accessories is not going to hear a recommendation from me regarding FOUCECLAUS. This business is not worth the trouble because of their terrible care for their customers and the products they sell because they don't put much effort into either.
