Easy to use, use with Thinkpad X390, easy setup with no fuss. The laptop is stored in a drawer with the lid closed, ONE USB-C cable from the back of the docking station to the laptop charges the laptop and powers TWO 24" HP 1920 x 1080 monitors connected to the DisplayPort connectors , as well as the USB port from Logitech with power. Receiver for keyboard and mouse, excellent. Works every time the laptop wakes up when I click the mouse or press a few keys on the keyboard. There's also an iPad Pro that connects to USB-C on the front and charges well. I like the headphone, USB, and USB-C jacks on the front of the dock. From time to time you'll need to hit the power button at the top of the dock, but usually the keyboard and mouse will wake up the laptop.
