The ability to create different templates for our reps to use in presentations or one off meetings with clients was very useful.

I would have liked more options within each template as well - sometimes we needed two versions! Also not being able to import data from other programs like Pipedrive meant there were times when it wasn't ideal to do this all via email. Having someone who could help us set up the program so that we had everything setup correctly at first go made things easier too. As mentioned above, having an option to export out specific fields into another format (like CSV) would be great also!! Using Salesworks has improved my rep's productivity by allowing them to present information quickly without needing me jumping between applications/databases etc.
