This recliner really helped me stand/lean 100% throughout the day. It helps with that by eliminating the need for a chair and constant switching between sitting and standing (which, let's be honest, 80-90% of the time just transitions into sitting). This recliner allows me to rest my legs when needed without having to readjust the desk. I've been using it for 6 weeks now and after the first 3-4 days of muscle correction I have no pain in my legs and back (which has been a chronic problem for me), my posture is noticeably better and I feel more energetic throughout the day .
