I live in Arizona and bought this to reduce the number of layers of sun protection needed for daytime swimming. Black probably wasn't the best color choice. If I had to redo I would buy yellow or orange instead of white. The black shirt heats up quickly in the Arizona summer sun when you're outside the pool. On the plus side, it dries very quickly and is very comfortable for swimming or just wearing. The only very small downside/minus is the size, which I didn't expect. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and was expecting a nice loose fit and it's semi fitted but not unwearable. Go two sizes up if you want a nice loose shirt.
