It is compressible so it fits as snugly as intended, so choose/measure your size carefully. I needed it to be on the neat side so here it is. This is probably the most convenient. Great value for money. I only need it for tennis elbow so I can use it alternately. I wouldn't recommend wearing it at night but I wear it a few times first. I had material marks, wrinkles and slight redness on my skin. It's not that crowded, but I don't want to severely restrict blood flow when I sleep. It's not an extension of your body or any other layer of skin, so there will be limitations, but that's where compression comes in. I could only bend my elbow enough that it interfered with range of motion and comfort, but that's a compromise when it comes to pain relief from inflammation. Due to tendinitis I couldn't rest on my dominant arm all the time so inflammation was slow (even during a pandemic) unless I bandaged my arm. I originally used the over the counter bandages we had but needed a specific and quicker solution and this was the answer I found and I am happy with the product as it is helping with my tendonitis. The inflammation was like 2 daggers at first after injuring my arm for the first time and I didn't address it until many weeks later. Doh! You don't have to live with this problem, so solve it and don't be like me. The meds helped a lot initially but after the doctor's prescription ran out this was a win to keep me going and the inflammation going. under the foil. literally and figuratively.
