I got this to replace the fan motor/blade in my guest bathroom. I had already replaced the one in my own bathroom with an identical fan from another company and it took a few minutes. Sooo much easier than I expected. I've looked everywhere and can't find anywhere just a plastic fan blade which is very frustrating as the motor is exactly the same as the old one and fits perfectly in the case. I don't understand why they don't have replacement fan blades instead of buying a brand new motor. I think I'll go back to the original shop to replace my second fan. This will be put away and hopefully used for another project. I will say that *if* it worked it would be a 15 minute project. The hardest part was unscrewing the old, rusty bolts to get to the motor. I checked the motor - plugged it in and it runs quietly. Much quieter than the fan I have in my bathroom. Maybe if a blade from another fits this engine I'll just replace it with this one, in which case I'll come back and update the photos.
