Actual output is slightly better than 1156 incandescent bulbs, I wish they were 4000,000.
I like that they actually put out more usable light e.g. B. Light up the area behind my car instead of just appearing brighter when looking straight ahead. No one buys a light to stand by and look INTO the light! What matters is how well they shine. They're too blue for me, I would have preferred a 4000k color temperature, but I couldn't find such performance and form factor on this spectrum. However, as backup lights in my SUV's standard body, they're a worthy improvement as nobody tends to back up quickly, so long-distance vision isn't as important as close-up lighting.
