You get what you pay for
Customer service was excellent. However, the app was difficult to connect. Many messages get "wrong code". I was having trouble connecting to my WiFi. I've set up a few other cameras with ease, but this one was tricky. Finally managed to connect it, but now you need to learn how to navigate the menu. They are different from all other 7 cameras I have used. Email customer support was very good but I was still having a hard time.
