The system is very simple for use by non technical users or first time office owners with limited training required as it's easy enough that people who are trained can assist others without any special expertise needed themselves! They have been able do build so much out of this platform which has greatly improved client relations all around my workplace (and even outside if they wish!). Nothing really but I guess you could say there were some bugs here &there when initially setting up things at beginning - just be sure everything goes smoothly once set upp Great customer service. The system is very easy to use and the support is excellent. I have never had a question or concern that wasn't addressed in a timely manner. I know that they are always looking to improve the system and the customer experience. I cannot think of anything in particular I dislike about the system. It is a great system and I would highly recommend it to any company looking for an efficient and easy to use system. We are saving time and money while maintaining our quality standards.
