The software is easy to use and there are a lot of features. You can create a profile for a candidate and the system will let you know when they are available for interviews. It is a great way to find candidates and also post jobs to find the right fit for your company.The software is very expensive, so it is not easy to get started. The software is very outdated and I have had to contact support multiple times to fix the issues. I have also had to contact support for training. I do not like that it is very outdated and needs to have a lot of work done to get it to run correctly. I would recommend looking into other options. We are using the software to find candidates for our company. It is a great way to find the right fit for the position. We can post jobs and get results very quickly.
- This program helps me reach out in many ways with social media platforms as well posting job opportunities within my staffing agency website! Overall its user friendly but still requires some minor tweaking here &there because sometimes things don't quite go through properly or at all which makes this product somewhat difficult if one does NOT understand how tech works
