I am amazed at all the positive reviews for this coffee maker. Main problem: The kettle leaks EVERY time I pour from it. I have to put another cup under the coffee pot when I pour coffee so it doesn't spill all over the counter. I've tried pouring very, very slowly, very quickly, slightly to the left, slightly to the right, it doesn't matter. It drips every time. If you like strong coffee, you cannot add enough ground coffee without the coffee rack overflowing and spilling onto the pot, heating element and countertop. If you like weak coffee, most likely you will not have this problem. But a warning to heavy coffee snobs! Stay away.
