We bought 2 Spigen iPad 9.7 Tough Armor TECH for 2 different devices. They performed as intended and exceeded all expectations. Our teenager recently miraculously managed to drop an iPad and slide it across a tile floor, scratching the protective glass. The case and glass did the job and the iPad came out unscathed. I wrote to Spigen customer service to see if only glass could be purchased and they said no as the individual pieces are not for sale. What Makes Spigen Customer Support Great?
