Very well made and comfortable to hold and use! It may be a little expensive, but well worth the investment. All of The past pastry cutters I've owned in the past, were uncomfortable, weak, and broke within the 1st or 2nd use. The large Cestari is the complete opposite of those past pastry cutters!
