Review on 🔋 Andis 79005 Supra ZR II Cordless Clipper: 5-Speed, Detachable Blade, Lithium Ion Battery by Tamara Ellis

Dead On Arrival. The charger did not charge the battery. The box was already open when I opened the package. There was hair on the hair clipper and on the blade of the hair clipper. When I plugged in the device, it wasn't charging. I tried to use the device on the client, thinking it was already charged. I got to the middle of my haircut and the RED battery light came on. When I put it on the charging station, nothing happened. I left it there for over two hours. When I checked the device again, it still showed a RED battery level indicator. I am very disappointed with Revain for sending me a defective used item. A lot seems to be happening lately. I have filled out a returns request and have received the item purchased and the money spent 7 days after the item was returned to Revain. I will post this review about how long it will take to get my money back for this defective USED ITEM.
