So far they're almost exactly what I expected. I'm an adult so I was skeptical about ordering them knowing they were made for small ears; but they are not too tight on my earlobes at all. I ordered the 6mm size for myself and I think they are perfect for 24/7 wear which is why I bought them. I have very sensitive ears so I needed something of high enough quality that I could wear them for a long period of time without worrying about infection or irritation. The packaging was also very cute and could easily make a great gift. Will be updated over time! UPDATE: I've had them for about a month now (since I got them) non stop (in the shower, swimming, at work, traveling etc and I love them just as much) now as I did then! They don't irritate my very sensitive ears AT ALL and they look great to wear 24/7! They don't feel too tight on my earlobes either! The only downside is that the screws are really tiny so be careful aware that this was buy before but once you get used to it it doesn't matter anymore.
