Difficult assembly and poor quality

Considering the price I was hoping for a much better quality product. I was afraid the parts would chip or break before I could even get them back. The design is attractive and it's just the right size for my 14 pound pup, but it really felt like it was about to break when we tried to close the kennel door because of the cheap plastic and plastic we're wearing so much metal rod had to wobble. just to close the door. I would definitely buy this product again if the materials were better and the frame was easier to snap into place.
