Does the job!

I am not an experienced florist. I ordered this material to make a cluster of artificial succulents in a basket. I can't speak to its ability to retain water in fresh floral arrangements, but as an "invisible" support system for succulent stems, it did a great job. It can be easily cut with a kitchen knife and is a pleasure to work with.
