I often camp with my grandkids and thought it would be perfect to keep in touch with them when they are in the playground in front of our site ? site. Their age is between 4 and 7 years. The 4 year old had a little trouble with the speaking function but the 5 year old figured out how to use it straight away. They worked so well the first time we used them I ordered more for Christmas gifts. The problem is that on the second use it stopped working. Revain didn't help and the China-based manufacturer doesn't have a part number. The troubleshooting guide is not very informative. This creates a problem now that one of them has failed and I'm concerned about the extra set I bought as a gift. I just wish there was an easy way to get in touch with someone to help resolve the issue.
