Review on BANKKY Slicer Shredder Attachment - Vegetable Chopper Set for KitchenAid Stand Mixer, Cheese Grater Accessories with 3 Blades (White) by Chuck Chen

I am comparing this nozzle to the original Kitchenaid nozzle that I have. Both do pretty much the same thing, although Kitchenaid has 3 different sizes of slicers to cut 3 different thicknesses. My problem with the Kitchenaid is that the edges of the slicer aren't sharpened so it just mashes the veggies. I was happy to see that this BANKKY has a bit of a sharp edge, although it's not sharp like a knife. It cut carrots well, but didn't work well with softer veggies like cucumbers. I think if I can sharpen the edges more, soft veggies will cut better. Otherwise, cheese graters work great with hard cheese. I grated cheddar and mozzarella. You won't be able to grate very hard cheeses like Parmesan. I've also grated carrots and it worked well, and zucchini works too. I love that the wheels on the grater can be easily removed for cleaning and that the attachment that connects to the mixer is one piece so there is no risk of losing a shaft like on the Kitchen Helper.
