I've been playing AIYIMA T2-PRO for a week now and I'm still impressed! This is perfect for a small desk or bookshelf with two small speakers. The tubes don't color the sound too much, which is nice. It's a welcome feature for smoothing out the harshness of a Bluetooth digital signal, but it's not common enough to alter the sound of vinyl. I run it in my living room (90sqm) with Pioneer PL. -518, Art DJ Pro II phono stage and Micca MB42x bookshelf speakers. This amp is loud enough to completely fill a room, but it doesn't deliver the levels you'd expect from the advertised 100 watts per channel. I believe the volume is muted internally so it doesn't get loud enough to distort as is often the case with 3116 class D amps. I also have a Lepai LP-2020a+ and an SMSL SA-60 and they both sound louder than this amp but with more distortion at higher output levels. This is crystal clear at maximum volume, albeit at a lower maximum volume. This amp won't fill a house, but it will definitely fill a room. The Bluetooth connection is solid, but with some small quirks that are easy to navigate. My phone finds and connects the device with ease, and when connected, the range is decent. The connection is broken after about 35 feet / 10 m by 4-5 walls. I'm guessing you'll get a solid 40-50 feet with no obstacles. After my phone has been out of range for more than a few minutes it will not automatically reconnect and send audio to the amp. I have to select the device again from the list of paired devices in my phone to get sound again. Although it seems cumbersome, I actually prefer it so I don't suddenly hear what's playing on my phone through the speakers in the living room when I leave the house and come back. Even more so because some devices will automatically connect and auto-play even if the video or song was previously paused! Imagine the potential embarrassment! :-P It might be a little inconvenient for some, but I'd rather plug it in than unplug it. The equalizer on the front panel is fine. It works and I use it, but it's a pretty basic regal sound and nothing to worry about. I don't mind that it exists, and I don't mind that there is no bypass. All devices in this price range sound different, so having a fixed EQ in the signal path doesn't bother me. It's easy to find a sweet spot somewhere in the middle and leave it there. And it's useful for adjusting normally bright or normally dark sounding recordings. Overall the sound and functionality is great. The lamps look groovy lit. It has an on/off switch if the glow in a dark bedroom bothers you. It has a solid, professional look and feel. Sound quality is superb - clear and powerful for its size, with good channel separation and an open soundstage. If you are looking for a small 2 speaker amp for desktop or single room use this is definitely worth a look!
