I like that this software is very easy for my staff with limited technical knowledge or experience of computer systems in general! It's also relatively affordable compared other online food ordering solutions (such as Freshworks). The search functionality isn't always accurate when searching orders which can be frustrating at times if multiple people are using it simultaneously - but again not something specific related do their service so much better than others out there!! As mentioned above we were able use an easier way around entering our order details into freshyork once they have been received from customers however now i am unable access those features without going back onto desktop version first then transferring over via file manager? Not really sure what happened here?! Customer feedback was requested during implementation stage yet no one had any issues until recently whereupon customer support stated "you're only seeing problems because its new". This has left me somewhat confused about how serious things actually seem since everyone else seems pretty happy despite.
