I tried Alpha Tea for the first time a few months ago and really enjoyed it. It's now part of my morning routine. This is loose tea, so you will need some sort of teapot. The pouch contains approximately 30 days of supply if you don't use too much each time. When I first started making it, I used too much and ate it quickly. Half a teaspoon is all you need. After adding boiling water, let it steep for 5-10 minutes. I can't say for sure that it increases my "T" without testing it, but I have more energy and drive. This is a great way to start the day. I drink it first thing before my morning workout. In itself it tastes very good. No sugar or anything else needs to be added. The tea is fantastic and I love it!
