Nice headset but we're sending it back. I couldn't understand why anyone would want to release a headset without a volume control these days, not being able to adjust the volume on the headset itself is of minimal value to me and my phone doesn't seem to control the volume. Volume when I manually move it up and down. Also, it's uncomfortable and doesn't fit in the ear no matter which way the noise-cancelling cone is pointed. Sorry guys, wish I could say it better.
