At first the product made my hair soft and the overall quality of my hair improved slightly. After using this product for about a month, I noticed that my shower drain was clogged with a lot more hair than before using the product. I thought hair loss was normal as my hair hasn't been this long in many years and I know that % of hair falls out every day. This was not the case. As much as I would like to believe that the product made my hair softer and more voluminous, the exact opposite happened. My hair has become noticeably thinner in a few spots and the shedding after using the shampoo and conditioner has been excessive. Remember I used the shampoo once or twice a week and the conditioner daily. I noticed that the conditioner couldn't work on your hair and left it tangled after application. Finally, a few days ago, after almost two months, I went back to my regular 2-in-1 dove shampoo and conditioner and although my hair is not as soft as when using this product, the extent of the hair loss is evident fewer. I judge this by how much hair is left on my arms after running my hands through my hair in the shower after shampooing and by how often I remove hair from the shower drain. If you care about your hair, please stay away. from this product. What I thought would preserve my hair and add a healthier shade has actually turned into a nightmare and caused unnecessary stress.
