Review on 🎒 Herschel Supply Co Harrison Vermillion: A Stylish and Functional Companion by Tina Peterson

I like this backpack. It was the perfect size and had everything I was looking for. I searched for the perfect backpack for a long time until I found this one. Here's my beef, not with the bag but with Herschel. The zip broke after a few months and I sent the photos needed for a replacement under their warranty. It's been covered and it's great to see a company behind their product. However, instead of sending them the bag back to replace the zipper, they demanded that I destroy the bag by cutting open the back and cutting off the straps. and then send it to the landfill for a replacement. The year is 2017 and we live in a time of landfills, global warming and disconnected economic situations. Herschel needs to seriously reconsider this policy of sending reused, recycled and/or refurbished items to landfill. Why not repair the bags and send them to children in need? I am appalled and shocked by this policy.
