As good as a famous brand
I used to bake with Silpats and finally got them for my kitchen. They work just like branded Silpat mats. I chose them with "printed" pasta sizes, but I've used them for everything, including Rocky Road cookies, which had some burnt marshmallows that melted and caramelized during baking and were almost non-sticky. Cleaning is very easy, with a sponge or washcloth and regular dishwashing liquid.
