As good as a famous brand

I used to bake with Silpats and finally got them for my kitchen. They work just like branded Silpat mats. I chose them with "printed" pasta sizes, but I've used them for everything, including Rocky Road cookies, which had some burnt marshmallows that melted and caramelized during baking and were almost non-sticky. Cleaning is very easy, with a sponge or washcloth and regular dishwashing liquid.

Excellent product - kitchen and dining room

Loved the silicone pasta mat. Measure your baking pan because it needs to fit the right pan perfectly - it fit one of mine but was too big for the other pan so I only used it for half the pan, which worked well because it's so was big. dough like mine. The circles make it easy to measure the right size and amount of dough to press. The macarons weren't sticky and separated easily from the leaves. The sheets were very easy to clean! Hopefully I'll use them more often to improve my macaroons…

Can only give 3 stars for poor quality control

Mats received today. I was excited to get these and use them now. Unfortunately, I could not have damaged any of the carpets. Can only give 3 stars for poor quality control. ***Update*** I received an email from Max regarding my purchase. I informed him that one of my carpets had a hole. Got an instant refund of half the order I didn't even ask for plus a 10% discount code to use on a future order. I bought the mats again and this time both were perfect! Surface damage in kitchen and dining area

Received this yesterday. Delivered on time. One of the two pieces has a rough scratch running from end to end at the end of the sheet. I haven't tried using it yet and I don't know if the scratch will affect the quality of the baked product, whether it will stick to it or not. This rough, scratched part can be a sensitive spot where a crack can start in the future. I want the product description to state that this product is MADE IN CHINA. NEVER use the abrasive/green side of the sponge to clean!

Finally a baking mat that takes up all the cookie/pasta space! I also didn't know they worked with Bruno Albus! If you haven't seen his cooking channel, you should watch it at least once. He specializes in French cuisine; mainly pastries and snacks. I use this mat not only for baking cookies, but also for baking chicken wings, fried potato slices, baked potatoes, buns, baked fries, stuffed mushrooms, etc. etc. An important note; DO NOT use the abrasive side of the sponge!
