
Finally a baking mat that takes up all the cookie/pasta space! I also didn't know they worked with Bruno Albus! If you haven't seen his cooking channel, you should watch it at least once. He specializes in French cuisine; mainly pastries and snacks. I use this mat not only for baking cookies, but also for baking chicken wings, fried potato slices, baked potatoes, buns, baked fries, stuffed mushrooms, etc. etc. An important note; DO NOT use the abrasive side of the sponge! This creates tiny scratches on the mat that will soak up the dish soap and other oils and transfer them to whatever you bake in it, FOREVER! I had ruined 2 sets of baking mats before I knew what I was doing. Once you've done this once or twice without rubbing too hard, you can save the carpet by soaking it in a mixture of vinegar and water for a few days, then rinsing it and boiling it in a pot of hot water. Rinse and repeat if detergent tastes or smells.
