Loved the silicone pasta mat. Measure your baking pan because it needs to fit the right pan perfectly - it fit one of mine but was too big for the other pan so I only used it for half the pan, which worked well because it's so was big. dough like mine. The circles make it easy to measure the right size and amount of dough to press. The macarons weren't sticky and separated easily from the leaves. The sheets were very easy to clean! Hopefully I'll use them more often to improve my macaroons. Overall not bad for a beginner!
