Mats received today. I was excited to get these and use them now. Unfortunately, I could not have damaged any of the carpets. Can only give 3 stars for poor quality control. ***Update*** I received an email from Max regarding my purchase. I informed him that one of my carpets had a hole. Got an instant refund of half the order I didn't even ask for plus a 10% discount code to use on a future order. I bought the mats again and this time both were perfect! Thanks Max for great customer service. I am changing my rating to 5 stars.
