I love the cute avocado bow (we call it the "Akaka bow”). However, on my orange long hair (the one with bruises in my photos) the bow is not visible at all because the hair is too long. My long haired thinned turtle has thinner and less fluffy hair and the collar looks AMAZING on her. I put a watermelon on my blue tabby Siamese who thought the bow was a fun toy. But it still looks very cute and doesn't seem to bother him. My snowshoe doesn't wear anything around my neck, so I just leave it on the blue striped one. The jingling bells were driving me crazy so I took them off as they only attach to the keychain. One of the main things I like is that it doesn't have a buckle but snaps in place. My tortoise hates buckles and buckles aren't that adjustable. Finally, I found that the bow fits a little better when the collar is a little looser. If my cats went outside I would definitely choose a different, tighter collar.
