The software is easy enough for us as one person in our team can use it alone most of time and there's very less training required by them before we start using this system.Trace gains is also available at free trial period which gives an idea about their products so that I could purchase any product later once used their services but they should have more options like paid plans. Good customer support from trace gains who always keep me updated whenever something goes wrong or requires some help regarding features/functionalities etc., They are providing cloud application where i am storing all my documents online along with other information related to each client. The ability to create and store documents in one place. I have been able to use it for many years now and it is very easy to navigate and find what I need when needed. Sometimes searching can be difficult because of the way the search function works. It's good that they are constantly updating their software so we don't get left behind. We use trace gains daily for our business and it has helped us organize all of our paperwork.
