I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.
As usual, the composition is mainly one malt, which is not recommended when used by people with fluctuations in blood sugar (not yet diabetics). however, when using a third of the recommended dose (about 100g), we get 1 g of creatine in a serving and a good amino acid composition (you just need to add another portion of the isolate to it, after all, there is little protein in terms of a third of a serving).
