I like that it was easy to set up, as we have never used any other type of security system before this year! The only downside is not being able to see my account from home or mobile device while away at work/vacation for about 2 weeks around Christmas time last yr - no calls either way so wasn't sure if there might be some sorta issue with equipment? We are in NJ but do business all over US via our website (so need good protection). It's been great having access remotely when needed without calling back every single day just waiting until someone gets into office again & then going through whole cycle once more!!
