Review on Experience the Art of Origami: Introducing the Kidstoyo Origami Thousand Cranes Kit by Heather Ward

This was my first set of Senbazuru. Paper squares are about the size of a regular post note but thinner (although not too fragile, I've never torn a single sheet). I found the size just right. Not too big to show and not too small to fold. Color on one side, white on the other. Mine were in perfect squares and the 20 extra sheets were each one of 20 different colors so perfect if you screw it up. Nicely done, great project and great product. My only complaint is that the picture on the front of the box doesn't look like the finished set. I made mine with each skein of 40 cranes, 2 of each color as shown on the box above, but when I made all 25 skeins it wasn't long, narrow and dainty, it was short and squat. Guests ask me if it's a lampshade lol! I would order this set again but I would do a smaller and longer thread.
