I love that we can manage all of our communication with one tool, in addition to having access from anywhere! The ability for multiple people within my organization (especially remote) have instant messaging capabilities is very helpful as well because it allows us to work together more effectively even when not at an office location or computer screen side by side.

It's difficult sometimes being able to send messages back/forth across time zones without someone seeing them right away so this feature helps out greatly!! Not really anything but if you're looking into something like this then definitely check it out before making any final decisions otherwise there are other options available such as Slack which offers similar features while also providing additional benefits too :) We use brand quad internally mainly between sales reps working remotely who need help communicating about projects they've been assigned etc., however we do occasionally utilize their external customer service team via chat support where.
