I love that we can manage all of our communication with one tool, in addition to having access from anywhere! The ability for multiple people within my organization (especially remote) have instant messaging capabilities is very helpful as well because it allows us to work together more effectively even when not at an office location or computer screen side by side. I like how easily you can build forms, add content to pages etc with this tool; it's easy enough for nontechnical people as well! The ability of having an admin panel is great too because that makes managing everything much easier from one screen instead if going through multiple screens in different programs (like WordPress). It would be nice though have more customization options available so we could make our own templates or things without needing someone else who has experience doing those
