I like that it is very easy for our users to start using the chat bot in no time at all! This has helped us solve several problems of communicating directly with customers without any human intervention required from our side (which was an issue we were facing before). The price point too could be little higher so that more small businesses can afford this service. But still worth giving it a try - benefits are definitely there but if you have limited resource available then also do consider others out there which might offer similar services even cheaper than co rover!! We used to get many calls regarding payment related issues or other complaints about not receiving expected payments etc., hence solving these by just interacting through chat bot made life much easier for team members who used to deal with such cases earlier!!
