EDIT: I currently had a free filter sent to me from this seller based on my initial unfavorable review. Before getting a replacement from the seller, I bought a genuine, tried and tested Dyson filter. There is absolutely no difference in how they work. I don't know why I thought the filter that came with the machine was that much better but if that's the case then there was no real Dyson replacement. I will continue to use them to save money. EDIT: Give seller customer service an extra star (2 to 3). She just sent me another filter to try and said she contacted the factory about my complaint. I can't try the filter sent until my current Dyson filter that I bought is ready for replacement. Then I will update the information. This was the first filter change for my Dyson air purifier and I've noticed a huge difference. Dust and odor are as high as in front of an air purifier with an original filter. We sleep with 3 dogs in our bedroom where we use it. Don't skimp on a product that doesn't suit me. It was easy to assemble and fits, but other than that it doesn't do what it's supposed to. Pay more and get a filter that works.
