Review on Pirelli P Zero 275/35 R20 102Y summer by Stanislaw Siwak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Now everything is in more detail. Auto: BMW X5 E70. Aero kit around and arch extensions. Casting 9.5J - front, 10J - rear. Summer tires were the same size, also ranflat, winter tires were slightly wider on Continental spikes (see review). So the choice began with the search and analysis of tests on the Internet, it is clear that some of them were bought, but nevertheless, the Pirelli P Zero was also the leader in them. Manufacturer, characteristics, tests and of course the price, then order and tires in 10 days in Bratsk. We still have snow and ice, but I could not stand it and changed for the summer the very first. On the 10J, I had to put on the blasting method with gasoline, there is no other way, just very hard sides. Pressure 2.0 Now the sensations that I attributed to the shortcomings: I think so, since it is still cold now, about 0 degrees, the rubber does not show itself as it should. I think it will become warmer, it will become softer and I will make the pressure 1.9 or 1.8, then both sensitivity and hardness will disappear. Last summer, too, there was a pressure of 1.9 in the summer and everything was quite pleasant. By the way, about the weight, yes, it is a little heavier than my winter Continental, but I did not notice this work of the suspension.

Pros
  • 2022 winner in this line. Impressive grooves against hydroplaning. Reinforced outer edge for corner entry. Runflat, I consider it a virtue. Wear index 220. Speed up to 270 km / h. The price is just acceptable.
Cons
  • Hard as plastic. Mega runflat. Heavy 17 kg. Rut, grabs any bend in the road and turns the steering wheel. Noisy. Sensitive, even a small stone on the road is felt.
