It's easy to use for both customers as well as employees.

The customer support team can be reached 24/7 via live chat or phone call. The app itself has some minor issues with user interface that could be improved upon but nothing majorly negative! I've been using this software since it was first released several years ago now and have seen little changes over time so there aren't any real complaints about the product at all. This program is great for organization of work tasks, communication between multiple people within an office setting, document management etc.
