I'm the one in our family who is always in touch when it comes to electronics. I have installed about a dozen of these TV mounts for myself, my parents, my wife's parents, my kids etc etc etc. This is the first Echogear I've ever used. I originally bought another brand from Walmart for a few bucks less, but picked it up as soon as I opened it up and found that it wouldn't do what we needed for a 65-inch overmantle TV that would project and had to pan side. to the side. I just installed it last night (with my favorite drink in hand) and have to admit the product is EVERYTHING they advertise. It's beefy. and well done. The packaging was perfect and the instructions really useful, which is unusual for most products from other countries that have instructions translated into English. And they've thought of every possible installation scenario with dozens of screws, washers, tie bolts, etc. properly labeled. I really enjoyed lifting this thing. Wow, maybe I need a life, but it's very nice when you don't need something "MacGyver" because the manufacturer didn't supply the right hardware. The funny thing is I had all sorts of tools, extra screws, etc that I expected to have to complete with poor hardware and instructions. AND I NEED NOTHING. This is the first time. Hats off to the Echogear guys. From now on I will only buy your brackets. PS I'm not an influencer or anything like that and I paid full price. I'm just a regular guy who likes things to work as advertised!
