Fast and smart. Totally fun to play. This truck is FAST! Everywhere you look, this truck screams quality. Fantastic styling, very nice wide stance (if there's one thing I want from this truck, it's an adjustable ride height). From the durable look and feel of the chassis to the all-metal powertrain. Powerful 490 motor, component fit and finish including small things like tab body clips (much easier to remove and install). Oil filled shock absorbers that dampen really well. The tires are big and the rubber compound feels good. This combination really helps this truck hold its own, and the power-to-weight ratio, along with the tuned suspension and tires, make this truck a great drifter on tarmac. It is a lot of fun to drive this truck. I bought a small RC park for the family and I have to say this is by far my favorite out of the fleet. It's a real pleasure to drive. Update #1 I am shocked by the poor customer service and replies to my emails. I registered the truck immediately so I could claim my bonus gift. I never received a warranty confirmation or bonus parts. Questions were asked about the difference in friction in the gearbox, but no answer was received. The truck began to move and moved backwards on its own. I was happy about the 30% discount, wanted to buy another product, my bonus battery, but apparently it was just a gimmick so far. Problems arose when the truck backed up on its own, but again no response. I liked the product but so far the customer service sucks. I bought Holyton 2500E. Right out of the box, a front link was missing. I emailed Holiton and they responded the same day. I emailed them pictures and within a day they quoted me a repair. Two days later I had the parts. That's the definition of great customer service. If you believe in your product, stand by it and what you promise. UPDATE #2: I received an email from Bezgar this morning offering to replace the truck. You still haven't answered my questions about activating the warranty, but at least this is the beginning of a solution. The product is amazing. He's fast and agile, there's no doubt about that. But just as important is product support after purchase. I will update this review when promises are made. I will give Bezgar another chance to make this purchase right and support me as a buyer. This truck is a real pleasure to drive when it works properly. I have Haiboxing 2995, Holyton 9205E and Enoze 9204E. I personally like the feel of this truck compared to other products due to the speed and maneuverability of the Bezgar1 (1/10). I just want my truck to run right. Update #3: The car started to reverse, the first time this happened I ruled it out as a possible malfunction. But then I realized it was getting worse and worse. Even in remote areas. #1: I emailed #Support@Bezgar before the 7 days were up for a gift for parts (I chose batteries), they never lived up to their promotional promise. #2: When I told Bezgar about my problems, they made the following suggestions: They said I could keep my truck and the extra batteries they gave me for my purchase (which they never gave me). Then they wrote that they would send me a NEW REPLACEMENT truck for FREE. Above is a photo of the SO CALLED NEW TRUCK that was sent to me on March 4th, 2021. I was kind enough to give them the opportunity to correct their mistake. I emailed them about a crappy replacement truck they sent me. They ignored me and instead tried to convince me to buy a boat from them and give me a full refund. (I really do look that dumb after what I just went through!) is that Revain's customer service department is fantastic! I told them what happened. Offered to send them a string of letters and pictures of two cars (my original truck and a crappy replacement truck they sent me). But they said it wasn't necessary. Revain then offered a refund or replacement. Knowing that Revain had my back, I decided to go with a replacement because when the truck is working properly, it's awesome. And if I have a problem with that, they will be there to help. If BEZGAR wants to be taken seriously as a hobby truck, they'd better fix their after-sales service and technical department.
