Great little math game for kids
I love the idea of making math problems into games for kids. My 4-yo daughter has been interested in math and can do additions beyond 10. She loves playing this calculator. However. there is huge problem with the design. The calculator is VERY loud. Although there is an option to turn "off" the sound, it does not turn it off completely. It only turns off certain sounds like beeping after clicks, but the speaking is still there for many instances and in some game modes. I can't find a way to adjust the volume, so it really bothers the adults while the kids are playing. Also, the printing on the buttons already peeled off upon arrival.
- This helped my first grader to learn math facts!
- This is definitely not for a child younger than 5 or 6.
