This has been tested for dog, sweat and sand. The neoprene stays put. If you want to buy things that will last more than 3 years and the interior of the car can get really hot, buy them. This style works. Its shoulders are a bit narrower compared to the roomy sports seat, but the seams are stretchy enough. This product works well by covering the headrest and also finds smart places to mount the lower parts under the seat. In addition, this product lasts 100% of the time, no matter who slips or jumps out of the seat. I bought this to replace the more common neoprene sleeve with a rubber backing. No matter how much rubber is glued to the back of a neoprene front, it's not sticky enough to stop any movement of the seat pad as it slides in and out. Also, after three hot years, the rubber material on my old case had dried out and turned into pesky grains of dirt and microscopic flakes of rubber dust. Dirt stuck in the seams of my leather seat. What a terrible design concept and an epic failure in my opinion. Plus, you'll spend twice as much if a product ad uses non-slip material on the bottom. Reason number one to buy neoprene through and through: no rubber wear. Ride!
