1. Easy to use2. Can be used for both internal & external training.3. The best part is that you can create different types of modules like quizzes, videos etc.4. You don't need any technical knowledge to create a module.5. It's free to use.1. User interface needs some improvement2. No option to add more than one user to an account.3. I think it should have been better integrated with other tools like Hubspot or Marketo.4. There are many features which are not available yet. So it has to be upgraded from version to version in order to get all the new features. We are using this tool for our elearning courses. It has helped us in creating interactive and engaging eLearning courses. I like the fact that it's easy to use and that it's a good platform for my students to use. I also like the fact that it's a good platform for my teachers to use. I dislike that it's a bit expensive for my school to use. I also dislike that it's a bit confusing to use.
